Your California Privacy Rights
Introduction.
accūrō Solutions (“accuro,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects information from you that identifies, describes, or is reasonably capable of being associated with you or your household (“Personal Information”). Personal Information does not include publicly available information in government records or any data that has been deidentified, aggregated, or otherwise anonymized. Unless otherwise defined herein, capitalized terms have the meaning assigned to such terms in the Terms of Use or the Privacy Policy.
Information We Collect.
We may collect information that identifies, relates to, describes, references, is reasonably capable of being associated with, or could reasonably be linked, directly or indirectly, with a particular consumer or household (“Personal Information”). In particular, through our Services or Sites and over the last twelve (12) months, accūrō Solutions has collected the following categories of Personal Information:

Your Privacy Rights.
You may have rights regarding your Personal Information. This section describes the rights you have and explains how to exercise those rights.
Access to Specific Information
You may have the right to request that accūrō Solutions disclose certain information to you about our collection and use of your personal information over the past 12 months, including:
- The categories of personal information we collected about you.
- The categories of sources for the personal information we collected about you.
- Our business or commercial purpose for collecting, selling, or sharing that personal information.
- The categories of third parties with whom we sold or share that personal information.
- The specific pieces of personal information we collected about you.
- If we sold or shared your personal information or disclosed your personal information for a business purpose, identification of the personal information categories that each category of recipient obtained.
You may also have the right to receive a copy of the Personal Information accūrō Solutions has collected about you in the past 12 months.
Deletion Request Rights
You may have the right to request that accūrō Solutions delete your Personal Information that we collected from you and retained, subject to certain exceptions. If we are unable to comply with your request, we will provide a response explaining why your data cannot be deleted.
Correction Request Rights
You may have the right to request that accūrō Solutions correct any inaccurate personal information we may hold about you. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to correct inaccurate personal information, taking into the account the nature of the personal information and the purpose for our processing.
Personal Information Sales Opt-Out Rights (Targeted Advertising)
accūrō Solutions uses cookies and similar tracking technologies that enable certain advertising networks, social media companies, analytics services, and other third party businesses to collect and disclose your personal information directly from your browser or device when you visit or interact with our Site, Services, or otherwise engage with us online. You have the right to direct accūrō Solutions not to “sell” or “share” your personal information (as those terms are defined under the CCPA or other applicable US state privacy laws). We do not “sell” or “share” the personal information of anyone we know to be less than 16 years old.

For all requests submitted via email, please clearly state that the request is related to “Your California Privacy Rights” and provide your name, mailing address, and phone number where you may be reached.
Verification.
Before we can respond to your request, we must first verify your identity using your Personal Information. If we are unable to verify your identity after a good faith attempt, we may deny the request and, if so, will explain the basis for the denial.
Designating an Authorized Agent.
You may designate someone to submit requests and act on your behalf (an “Authorized Agent”). To do so, you must provide us with written permission to allow your Authorized Agent to act on your behalf. We may also need to verify the identity of your Authorized Agent.
Third-party Marketing and Selling.
We do not provide your personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. For information about how to opt-out of the “sale” or “sharing” of your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising purposes, please see the section Personal Information Sales Opt-Out Rights (Targeted Advertising) above.
Sensitive Personal Information.
We also do not disclose or use sensitive Personal Information outside of the permissible uses identified within the California Consumer Privacy Act and we do not use sensitive Personal Information to “infer” characteristics about you.
We Will Not Discriminate Against You.
We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.
Retention Periods.
accūrō Solutions will generally retain information about you for so long as we have a legal or business purpose for it or a legal requirement to maintain it. The criteria used to determine our retention periods include:
- The length of time we have an ongoing relationship with you or provide Services to you (for example, for as long as you are a client with us or keep using our Services) and the length of time thereafter during which we may have a legitimate need to reference your personal information to address issues that may arise;
- Whether there is a legal obligation to which we are subject (for example, certain laws require us to keep records for a certain period of time before we can delete them); or
- Whether retention is advisable in light of our legal position (such as in regard to applicable statutes of limitations, litigation or regulatory investigations).
Changes to This Notice.
We will continue to review and revise our privacy practices and policies as our technology, services, and use of data evolves. We will not retroactively use or share data in a manner that is materially different from this policy without first providing you notice.
