PURPOSE:
Reporting to the Director of Marketing, the Marketing Manager plays a key role in shaping how accūrō Solutions shows up in the market. This role is built for a strong self‑starter who can develop clear and compelling creative content that supports digital marketing, sales enablement, and RFP efforts. The Marketing Manager will translate complex ideas into impactful messaging, drive consistent brand storytelling across channels, and create campaigns that support visibility, engagement, and pipeline growth.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

Drive lead generation and market insight:

  • Support campaigns with targeted, persona-driven content
  • Identify content opportunities based on performance and market trends
  • Monitor competitive industry intel and integrate responses into messaging

Elevate our digital presence:

  •  Execute social media and digital content strategies and graphics
  • Manage website updates, email campaigns, and newsletters
  • Track engagement data and optimize for performance

Create and manage visual assets:

  • Develop graphics and marketing materials aligned to our brand
  • Partner on design to bring content to life in a compelling way

Optimize systems and workflows:

  • Manage content within marketing systems and tools (e.g., HubSpot)
  • Keep content organized, accessible, and performance-driven
  • Report regularly on marketing performance and trends to continuously improve how we create, manage, and deploy content

Own content creation across the business:

  • Write and develop high-impact content including proposal responses, sales materials, emails, blogs, and social posts
  • Translate complex industry topics into clear, differentiated messagingMaintain a consistent, confident brand voice across all channels

Support RFP content and process:

  • Assist in identification of RFP opportunities
  • Manage and evolve our RFP content library within software
  • Draft, edit, and refine RFP responses with speed and precision
  • Improve process efficiency and ensure strong, consistent positioning

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 3–6+ years in content marketing, communications, or related role
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools (CRM, LinkedIn, CMS, WordPress)
  • Experience with graphic design and asset creation (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva,etc.)
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills (experience with RFPs and proposal writing preferred)
  • Strong attention to detail with an execution-first, self-starting mindset
